The Client can only perform a portion of their vital maintenance and improvement projects each year thus costing the City more money as minor issues become major problems and public dissatisfaction grows.

Our program allows the Client to perform all of their maintenance and capital improvement projects now while maintaining their existing annual expenditure We can handle all aspects of the project including engineering, construction and financing.

Our Programs

Pure Concession

American Transportation Partners provides 100% of equity and financing for concession-style public private partnerships that can be used for ground-up developments, renovations/modernizations or asset monetizations. Under this structure, the American Transportation Partners team provides an upfront payment to the Public Entity for the right to develop and/or operate the project. The Public Entity is not required to fund any portion of the project or make any guarantees to the repayment. In return, the American Transportation Partners team receives all funds generated from the project. Under a long-term concession agreement, the American Transportation Partners team agrees to maintain and operate the project according to pre-determined standards but is not guaranteed any repayment from the Public Entity.
